We are here to help if you need alterations. We suggest that you first email us at daisyhui.tailor@aliyun.com so that we can provide you with an objective second opinion of how your garments fit, and give you suggestions on how to best improve the fit of your garments.

Alteration credits are only accept in 10 days from the date you receive the order. DPxyz•Hui&Tailor will provide alternations credit of up to $50 for your custom made items. Just bring DPxyz•Hui&Tailor Alterations Form to your local tailor, have your tailor indicate all changes on our alteration form.

Remember to keep the receipts ,you will be asked to upload the receipt to qualify the alternations credit and also send us the new measurements at daisyhui.tailor@aliyun.com so that we can make your future order perfect fit.

Need alterations?

If your suit cannot be altered by local tailor, DPxyz•Hui&Tailor will remake it for you for free.

To apply for a remake, please submit your claim to daisyhui.tailor@aliyun.com within 10 days from the date you receive the order. We'll ask for some pictures so we can see how your garments look and correct the fit issues.

DPxyz•Hui&Tailor reserves the right to deny remake requests in circumstances where alterations can be completed locally. Please note that customization options cannot be changed for remakes, unless there was an error in a customization option on the original item by DPxyz•Hui&Tailor.

Individuals are responsible for return shipping costs of remade items.

If your order indeed unwearable, you can return it for a refund in accordance with our terms and conditions. Full Refunds are available within 10 days of receiving your package. However, we do encourage you to take advantage of our Alterations Credits or Remakes if you have any issues with your custom made clothing.

DPxyz•Hui&Tailor will only accept returned items that are in good and unworn condition. For those believed to be previously worn or damaged, we have the right to deny the refund and will send back the items to customer without refund. Any items purchased with a coupon or gift certifate, the coupon / gift certificate will be refunded before another payment source. You must return all items purchased as part of a promotion to receive a full refund. Any items that are not returned will be charged at full retail price.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost for returning.
